1 – My husband got laid off (w/ severance!) from the horrible job that he wanted to quit so badly but couldn’t figure out an ethical way to leave. That same night, his brother called with a lead on my husband’s dream job.

2 – My baby boy got two teeth and decided to start sitting up.

3 – The 4 year-old has started reading Dr. Seuss books to her 2 year old brother.

After a difficult pregnancy my daughter was born on April 7th, so of course it was all worth it. April is turning out to be a pretty good month.

I hope you had a fabulous birthday and that you all found something to do. Um, I enjoyed that my hubby got a week of vacation in April-that and with some E-time he took I saw him for a couple of weeks straight. That hasn't happened in a long time with his work schedule.
