Can you believe she’s FOUR????

Casey Reply:

@VDog, No. I really can’t. *sniff*

Those are AWESOME, Casey!
I wish we had colors like that down here!

Such fun!

Casey Reply:

@rachel-asouthernfairytale, Ha ha! Score Utah!

Awesome photos! LOVE the haircut!

Casey Reply:

@Kristin, Or lack of haircut! It’s in her face ALL. THE. TIME.

Do you think Cody will throw me in a leaf pile too?

Casey Reply:

@Avitable, He’ll throw down, not necessarily into a leaf pile.

Lovely. Absolutely lovely.

Casey Reply:

@Ashley, Thank you. I wish there were some way to have her giggle on here.

Love the fifth one and all of the in-the-air shots! Looks like she had a fun day :)

Casey Reply:

@Lauryn, So much fun, but SO ITCHY AND SMELLY AFTERWARDS.

These are beautiful. It’s been such a lovely week here. I wish it could stay like this forever.

Casey Reply:

@Adventures In Babywearing, Very much forever. More this. Less winter. And summer. Just this.

Wow. Your photos are AMAZING!! The Moosh is such a beauty.

Casey Reply:

@Mrs. Wilson, Thank you! It was one of those magical afternoons.

Wow You singlehandedly made me thoroughly LONG for UT. Enjoy every golden moment.

Casey Reply:

@kat, Want me to show you pictures of all the traffic and smog? Maybe that will cure you…

So beautiful!

Is this in your new yard??

Hope you’re in a turkey coma right now…

Casey Reply:

@ClassyFabSarah, No, this is in my parents front yard in Utah. BUT SOON ENOUGH!

Love love love.

Casey Reply:

@Just Shireen, me too too too. xo

Seriously LOVE this set. The one from behind with just shoes is my fav but I love the falling pictures too. You really should include an audio clip of her giggling. It could be the new “douche bag” clip like on the pioneer woman’s site. And then it would even be more kid appropriate!

Casey Reply:

@angela, Heh. I did get a little clip of her giggling but for some reason I feel like I’m the only one who really cares about it, you know?

angela Reply:

@Casey, Yeah well hopefully now you know you’re not the only one. There is no better antidepressant in the world than a happy child’s giggle.

Lovely pictures! The joy on her face is priceless.

Casey Reply:

@Mim, I couldn’t even narrow down the pictures because she was just too happy in all of them!

Strong arms is right, I don’t think I could toss my Jack that high if I wanted to.

Great pics as always!

Casey Reply:

@Rick, Thank you. A lawyer and good at moving around the heavy stuff. Jackpot.

She looks just like you in the first pic! The two of you have the same smile. :)

Wow, she flys “high in the sky” (like my kids say).

Casey Reply:

@mommabird2345, I’m seeing me in her more and more. It’s crazy.

I thought for a moment the first picture was you. What outstanding pictures! And what a GREAT DAY!

Casey Reply:

@daysgoby, Heh, I’ll have to find a picture of me as a little kid and compare.

This brings me back to the days where pure joy was found in a freshly made leafpile and someone to enjoy it with. You captured the moment beautifully!

Casey Reply:

@Susan Alberda, Freshly made CRUNCHY leaf pile, doesn’t get better than that.

Wow! Was your heart just skipping a beat watching her go up like that, lol

Casey Reply:

@Midwest Mommy, My step mom was BESIDE HERSELF with worry. I have faith in my man. He’s been doing it for years.

She has the BEST expressions while being thrown in the air. ANTM 2023.

Casey Reply:

@Ohh Betsy!, The petite round of course. Or beefcake. Whatever.

I love her smile – it makes me so happy! What great pictures – you have such talent. Oh, and pretty trees!

Casey Reply:

@TUWABVB, Thank you! It’s really the kid that makes my job so easy.

Mega fabulous. I was a kid in Brazil (Vigo County) and Terre Haute. I remember neighborhoods with those kinds of trees, including mine. All the backyards backed up on each other, so we’d go from house to house asking if we could rake the leaves down to my yard. I can’t imagine how long it must have taken my dad to clean that up after we’d had our fun. Thanks for bringing back those memories with your amazing pictures, Casey. Looks like the “OUR house” construction has begun.

Casey Reply:

@Chrysta, Addie was ready to bring every leaf to her pile by hand if we had let her.

Beautiful pictures.

Casey Reply:

@Melissa, thank you!

I seriously thought the first 2 pics were YOU when you were a kid. She looks JUST LIKE YOU!

I was just noticing today how brilliant the leaves are here in central IN this year.

We went to Brown County on Sunday. It was a mad house….always worth it…and by “it” I mean the fudge.

Casey Reply:

@LizzB, What’s funny is these are the leaves in Utah in my parents yard! I’m glad I didn’t miss them this year.
And fudge. Yes. Fudge. mmm.

these are STUNNING. these is little more amazing than watching children filled with real, actual GLEE. I wish that leaves made me that happy.

Casey Reply:

@ali, Yeah, they just make me itch.

These are fantastic! It looks like such a happy day!!

Casey Reply:

@pgoodness, It really was. Magical even.

Oh how I miss fall!!!! Dang desert… It really is devestating to me to miss THIS after living in PA and Indy. Pure joy was really needed in my heart today. Thank you for sharing your family’s with me!

Casey Reply:

@Erika, Yeah. Poo on the desert when fall comes around.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Oh, and so are the colours :D

Casey Reply:

@Meg, Hee, thanks! The perfect sunlight totally helps.

Memories Captured.
Beauty Enjoyed.
Life Lived in the Eyes of a 4 Year Old.

Gorgeous, Casey.

Casey Reply:

@Quatro_Mama, We could all learn a lot from that little kid.
Thank you.

Beware low flying Moosh spotted in the area! So gorgeous! Love her expression in the black & white!

Casey Reply:

@Kathy K, She’d totally bust a window. Or a house.

Beautiful! I love the look of absolute bliss on her face. You are such an amazing photographer.

Casey Reply:

@Jen L., Thank you, but really, it’s the kid. All the kid.

Your photographic eye just continues to astound me. And, boy, has the Moosh grown in the past few months!

Casey Reply:

@Angie, It’s all about lying on the ground near the dog poop. True story.

Good daddies are SO sessy… Just sayin.

Casey Reply:

@memphislis, Dude, no kidding. SWOON.

Love it! Isn’t is just GORGEOUS in Utah this year? And I love Cody’s appearance on the blog- he’s not often found here!

Casey Reply:

@Barb @ getupandplay, I know right? He’s like the Lochness monster. Only cuter.

she is so grown up. so beautiful

Casey Reply:

@Brittany, NO! LITTLE! SHE’S LEEEEDLE!

LOVE these pictures. Oh, to be a small kid again!!

Casey Reply:

@AmazingGreis, I just want to be tucked in everynight. And have all my meals made, and my clothing to appear from nowhere all clean and fresh.
So yeah, little kid! FTW!

AMAZING pictures, Casey! <3

Casey Reply:

@Chibi Jeebs, Thank you!

Look at your beautiful life.

Casey Reply:

@flutter, I love your simple little comments. Love love.

Oh, the joy, the pure joy! on her face.

Beautiful.

Casey Reply:

@Michelle, She’s like cookie scented valium without the prescription.

Oh my goodness, she is just so freaking beautiful. She always looks so amazingly happy!

fantastic!

aww. God bless ur lil family :)

If only you could package that kind of a smile….you’d be a millionaire. She just radiates happiness :)

You’re a great photog!! I’d like to learn how… Great pics!

This is the most awesome post ever! The photos make me want to ask Cody to throw ME up in the air, it looks so fun.

And here I am, missing the magic of Fall “back home”, only to find it was here in Utah all this time. I guess I wasn’t looking hard enough. Too caught up in trying to be miserable here.

Go figure!

Beautiful.

Beautiful shots. She is gorgeous!

Perfectly lovely photography in all its cuteness/autumness! Thanks for sharing.

these pics made my morning.

Love love love these photos.

Those are AMAZING pictures. And I want the Moosh’s hair in the worst way.

love, love, love the sepia ‘leaf jumping’!!

Holy crap, mama. What setting is your f-stop on in the flying Moosh pictures?

That’s just pure happy right there.
